The Silent Auction is going to be a great time for collectors to get that newest addition to their Swarovski collection.
You must have a Weekend Ticket or Friday Daily Ticket to participate as a seller.
Here are some of the guidelines that have been put into place for the activity:

If you wish to participate as a seller, you must register as a Silent Auction Seller on the Reservation Form. The auction will be limited to 100 sellers. | |
Only 2 items per registered attendee are permitted. The items must be in MINT condition. | |
A person having an item in the auction may bid ONCE and ONLY ONCE on their own items. | |
Crystal items must be retired, discontinued, or of special interest. All items must be Swarovski related. (No current items) | |
All purchases must be paid for Friday, following the auction, with cash, check, or credit card. | |
"Other fees"...15% of the final sale price will be deducted when paying the seller. The fees cover credit card charges, KY sales tax, etc. In other words, if an item sells at $100, the seller will receive $85. The minimum fee is $3.00. | |
Checks for the sellers will be available Saturday at dinner. If the seller will not be present for dinner, the check will be mailed the week following the Crystal Collectors Affair. | |

The check in time for the crystal will be sometime Friday MORNING. It will be prior to guest registration. | |

Sponsors of the event reserve the right to reject any/all pieces that they believe do NOT meet these requirements. |
These guidelines will be amended as necessary.
